Yellowman Spring Tour will bring the dancehall icon to California, Oregon, and Washington

Kingston, JamaicaJamaican dancehall pioneer Yellowman is preparing to launch his “King Yellowman Spring Tour,” with performances scheduled across the United States West Coast throughout May.

The veteran entertainer’s tour is set to begin on May 15 at Swabbies in Sacramento, California, before continuing through multiple cities in California, Oregon, and Washington.

The tour will conclude on May 31 in Ukiah, California.

Dancehall Pioneer Continues International Touring Legacy

Widely regarded as one of the foundational figures in modern dancehall music, Yellowman rose to prominence during the late 1970s and 1980s with his distinctive vocal style, energetic stage performances, and influential catalogue of reggae and dancehall recordings.

Over several decades, the artist has remained a recognizable figure in Jamaican music culture, continuing to perform internationally while maintaining a dedicated fanbase across North America, Europe, and the Caribbean diaspora.
