Gardena, California – Caribbean music and culture will take center stage in Southern California as the International Red Carpet Affair: Awards & Dance is set for Saturday, May 16, 2026, at the Union Hall Ballroom in Gardena.

Presented by Versatile Entertainment in collaboration with Luxury City Entertainment, the event will combine live reggae performances with a formal awards presentation, celebrating excellence in both entertainment and community leadership.

Duane Stephenson Leads Star-Studded Lineup

Headlining the evening is internationally acclaimed reggae artist Duane Stephenson, known for his soulful voice and conscious lyrics. He will be backed by the Jangala Roots Band, delivering a live performance that anchors the night’s musical experience.

The lineup also includes performances from King Rancho, Steven McFarlane, and the Piece of Paradise Band, offering a mix of reggae and Caribbean-inspired sounds.

Honouring Community and Cultural Contributions

In addition to live performances, the event will recognize several honorees for their impact within the community and entertainment industry. This year’s honorees include Eden Ramos, Wil Johnson, Patrick Williams, and Oh Dem Again.

The awards segment aims to highlight individuals and groups whose work has contributed to cultural development and community engagement.

Music throughout the evening will be powered by selectors DJ Knight Rider, DJ Money, and Selecta Easy B, ensuring a continuous flow of Caribbean rhythms from start to finish.

The evening begins with an exclusive VIP Meet & Greet from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM, followed by the main event running from 8:00 PM to 2:00 AM.
